Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with over 160 locations worldwide, our team of over 3,500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission-critical services.We are searching for a Parts Supervisor to optimize resources and deliver exceptional service while achieving the goals and objectives of the branch. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful heavy duty truck and trailer parts operations management.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain good customer relationships and high level of service.Actively assist in or handle dispute resolutions and warranty situations promptly, to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.Understand and track market pricing and make pricing recommendations.Actively participate in promotional activities.Maintain minimum counter hours with proper staffing in accordance with the branches operating hours.Maintain effective “point of purchase” displays of literature and/or materials.Track “Lost Sales” in Karmak and report recommended actions based on data.Managing inventory based on demand, cost and cycle targets.Effectively manage inventory cycle and annual inventory counts.Maintain stock levels that enable internal servicing and repair departments to complete their work with minimal delays.Effectively communicate our needs with corporate purchasing.Work with outside sales staff to understand customer requirements and satisfaction with the branches service and support.Develop relationships with customers and outside sales staff that will help you to identify new and expand existing business.Supervise and evaluate inside sales and warehousing staff. Understand their strengths, weaknesses and needs for development.General Management responsibilities including staffing, training, safety, awareness and enforcement of company policies/procedures, administrative duties.Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff.Provide daily reporting and all other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years’ of successful heavy duty truck and trailer parts operations management.5+ years’ supervisory experience.5+ years’ service shop operations interaction preferred.Proficient in MS Office and Karmak sales tracking software preferred.DCI BENEFITS:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with generous employer matchPaid time off10 Paid holidaysFlexible spending accountOptional Health savings account & Flexible spending accountLife insuranceEmployee assistance programParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursement
