ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – ERISA LITIGATION Locations: Washington, DC (preferred) | Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX | Chicago, ILHYBRID Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their ERISA Litigation Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly experienced team handling complex employee benefits litigation, including high-impact matters involving fiduciary duties, pension and retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing2–6 years of substantive litigation experienceERISA litigation experience is preferredStrong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrentlySoft skills: Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality client service Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in ERISA litigation matters, including fiduciary duty, pension, and benefits disputesDraft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filingsParticipate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responsesConduct legal research on ERISA, employee benefits, and related statutory frameworksAssist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneysSupport clients across a range of industries on complex benefits-related litigation matters Why Join Us?This role provides the opportunity to work within a nationally-recognized ERISA Litigation practice at a premier international firm.
