We fabricate and sell a wide variety of fluid connector products including: hydraulic & pneumatic hoses metric tube & brass fittings quick couplings adapters and accessories. We do not have the capability to offer sponsorship for this position.We currently have an opening for an ERP Support Specialist in our Baltimore MD location.SummaryTheERP Analyst position will serve as the initial point of contact for all ERP related issues. This position will ensure smooth operations of Colliflowers ERP system by providing technical assistance and training to end-users implementing enhancements completing system maintenance designing customized ERP solutions and integrating ERP technologies with existing systems.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesUser SupportProvides technical support to end-users addressing their questions resolving issues and assisting with system usageManage user accounts and access permissions in the ERP system.Conduct user training sessions and create instructional materials for ERP usage including documentation of system processes procedures and training materials for end users.Identify and separate system issues from user misunderstandings potentially using the systems tools for support.Manage and respond to ticket system requests within expected service lead timesSystem MaintenanceMonitor ERP system performance and ensure its optimal operation.Ensure that all changes to the system are managed correctly documented properly and that protocols are followed.Perform basic repairs and fixes within the ERP system ensuring minimal disruption to Colliflowers operations.Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks.Escalate any system issues with the ERP provider and manage resolutionImplementationAssist in the setup and configuration of ERP modules according to business requirements ensuring they are adaptable to changing business needsResponsible for developing workflows or customizations to meet specific business needsusing C# SQL or other techniques within the ERP while maintaining system performance.Assist in the testing and implementation of ERP system updates and patches.Ensuring ERP system upgrades are properly reflected in the training materials and kept up to dateManage third party integrations to the ERP including assessment execution testing support and maintenanceCollaborate with IT and business teams to resolve system issues and implement improvements.Reporting and Data ManagementPrepare and Manage reports related to the ERP SystemCapture validate and manage data within the ERP SystemAnalyze and document business processes to enhance ERP functionality.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.Provide input for the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.Continuous ImprovementLiaise with external vendors and consultants for advanced technical support.Stay updated on ERP software versions best practices trends and technologies to recommend system enhancements.Coordinate with the ERP company and other ERP customers to gain insight into process improvements or system improvementsQualifications and SkillsExcellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization and working within a team.Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with C# SQL and .NET requiredProficiency in at least one major ERP system required experience working with Prophet21 ERP system preferredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience working IT ticket systemStrong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with database management and SQL.Experience in user training and documentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.Knowledge of ERP system upgrades and maintenance.Certification in ERP
