ERP Analytics and AI Architect LeadCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an ERP Analytics and AI Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood MO Mesa AZ Fairfax VA or Ridley Park PA.Position Responsibilities:Oversee develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standardsDirects and provides high level studies/analysis (trend variance impact) determines scope reports and oversight of planning requestsIdentifies risk and opportunity potential develops mitigation planning and refines the business caseDevelops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedulesConsults and recommends integrated planning scheduling change and baseline management processes techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industryRecognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesAuthorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholdersOversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division Business Unit and/or Enterprise levelsDevelop an S/4 HANA analytics and AI strategy and define a detailed roadmap in alignment with the organizational strategyDrive the enterprise analytics strategy aligned to S/4HANA transformation goalsValidate that postgolive support processes and organization are defined and enabledLead and communicate to guide cross-functional business and technical analytics teamsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years experience in leading data analytics in a complex organization5 years experience in enterprise data analytics and AI-driven process for automationExperience engaging multiple cross-functional teamsExperience briefing Executive & Senior Customer LeadershipStrong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data models master data and analytics-relevant structures across key modulesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with leading data & analytics for S/4 HANA implementationHands-on experience with Embedded Analytics CDS Views SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and OData/API-based reportingExperience designing end-to-end data architecture leveraging SAP BTP HANA and integration platformsDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
