Job Description
TECO orders as needed across all departments Troubleshoot transactions that are not closing/flowing correctlyTrain Supervisors and other key personal on SAP processes as neededCreate and maintain detailed trouble shooting and training documents for SAP systemSetup new order SKUs in SAP (This includes MDF and Flooring)Coach stakeholders and team members regarding best practices for SAP workflowWork with site leadership to correct reoccurring issues with SAP transactionsSupport the SAP team as a Local Key UserDevelop a strategy to engage and inform roadblocks in SAP transactional workflowBe aware of the industrys best practices techniques and standards and encourage team members to incorporate themFacilitate definition and documentationAccurately input transaction details into SAP and verify the information for completeness and correctnessEnsure all transactions adhere to company policies Generating reports on transaction data for analysis and decision-makingAssisting with the maintenance and updates of the SAP systemWorking with other departments such as accounting sales and purchasing to ensure smooth transaction flowProfessional Experience:Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in managing transactions in SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing settingEducation and Technical Skills Profile: Highly proficient in standard Microsoft applications (Teams Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)Highly proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft PlannerHighly proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)Excellent critical thinking problem solving and root cause identification skillsCapable of facilitating brainstorming and decision makingHighly effective communication skills at all organizational levels both written and verbalUnderstanding of organizational issues and challengesCapable of coaching sponsors team members and stakeholdersExcellent active listening skillsExcellent time management techniques and skillsAdaptable and flexible capable of revising strategy and approach as situations develop or change over timeResilient and capable of ensuring best practices are followedWell organized having a strong inclination for structureDriven with acute business acumenEnvironment and Behavioral Profile: Must be able to interface with others at all levels from executive to hourly.Must be available to support 24/7/365 manufacturing operation.Apply the SK valuesAgility in execution take initiative move into action quickly once decisions are made adapt your working mode to take into account changesCooperation listen to others and take into account their points of view explain your points of view and priorities to gain support look for synergies (within and outside the team) to improve overall results work with others to achieve common objectivesMake continuous progress take new approaches implement best practices challenge others ideas in order to enhance them demonstrate open-mindedness promote new ideas in your area and test themLinguistic Profile: Swiss Krono embraces the diversity of languages but most if not all communication verbally and written is preferred in English to successfully complete the appropriate scope of work.Command of German a plus.Mobility and Physical Requirement Profile: Role based in the US Barnwell SC.This job is in a manufacturing environment.Travel up to 5%. Ability to travel on short notice.
