ERP Data Migration Lead at Infosys

In the role of ERP Data Migration Lead you will help define product vision roadmap and help manage backlog prioritization for ERP migration initiatives in the telecom domain. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation projects. This role demands strong expertise in Agile methodologies stakeholder engagement and proven experience in data migration strategies.RequiredQualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford CTor be willing to relocate to the area. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this timeAt least 4 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 3 years of experience in ERP systems within the telecom sectorProven data migration experience in ERP transformation programsAt least 3 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with Agile/Scrum expertiseStrong experience in backlog management prioritization and roadmap planningFamiliarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems customer billing and network inventoryPreferredQualifications:Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g. PSPO CSPO)Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaborationUnderstanding of ERP integration with telecom operational systemsKnowledge of Agile tools (JIRA Rally) for backlog and sprint managementAbility to translate business requirements into actionable product featuresStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExperience working in global delivery environmentsCommitment to staying current with ERP and telecom industry trendsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
