ERP - Employee Engagement & Training LeadCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Employee Engagement & Training Lead to join our team in Hazelwood MO or Mesa AZ.The BGS Government Services Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation team is initiating a step-change improvement in the way that we support our customers through the adoption of SAPs S4/HANA ERP this exciting role you will help our ERP team engage with business and functional process teams to ensure business needs are captured and understood while supporting those business and functional teams with relevant learning and training content to ensure future ERP business processes are adopted effectively. You will leverage available training & learning resources based on best practices built within the ERP tool set as you develop content tailored to Boeing teams that apply the necessary lessons learned as they adapt to the new ERP system and processes. This multi-year sustained business improvement effort is an opportunity to directly contribute to successfully establishing ERP tools and processes configured to meet BGS Government Services needs.As the Employee Engagement & Training Lead within the Change Management team you will play an active role in developing training content and engagement plans communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on impending changes to business processes as well as organizing user acceptance criteria to ensure the business operational capability is maintained throughout addition you will interface with functional subject matter experts and collaborate with IT & ERP Systems Integrators to design and create optimized processes that utilize ERP best practices to realize maximum benefits of SAPs S4/HANA capabilities throughout the business functional teams that adopt this new system.Position Responsibilities:Participate in FittoStandard workshops with process owners and stakeholdersDefine & develop detailed training & engagement plans for internal functional leaderships familiarization along with end-user community for effective ERP adoption. Training content could include step-by-step process maps guided walkthroughs change summarizations etcCreate user acceptance criteria & training content that supports effective efficient cutover to S4/HANA while maintaining business continuityCapture feedback & capability gaps identified by the functional super-users & testing community to be incorporated into the final system configuration where necessaryCollaborate with other ERP Core team colleagues to maintain adherence to internal KPIs & governance guidanceParticipating in testing go-live activities and post-implementation support to ensure overall success of ERP deploymentsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):7 years experience creating documented and actionable training content for end users7 years experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer LeadershipExperience leading or managing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authorityExperience with baseline/change management customer & supplier communication as well as understanding of execution of program planning and controlPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in project/program management including Boeings Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) Agile Project Management or experience as a Scrum Master.Experience with ERP implementation (SAP preferred).Experience developing updated command media business processes and/or process improvement initiatives.Drug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
