This role involves leading cross-functional teams managing project timelines and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of implementing enterprise solutions in complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs define project scope and ensure ERP solutions meet operational objectives. Develop project plans timelines and budgets ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including IT business analysts and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation. Oversee data migration system configuration and integration with other enterprise applications. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system. Monitor system performance post-implementation and implement continuous improvements as needed. Maintain thorough documentation of processes system configurations and project decisions. Stay current on ERP trends best practices and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP implementation ideally across multiple industries. Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing large-scale ERP projects. Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Deep understanding of ERP modules including Finance Supply Chain Human Resources and Manufacturing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business users. Experience with data migration system integration and process optimization. PMP or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
