Openness for new innovative and unconventional approaches; short decision paths; respectful cooperation; and fruitful synergies make us a diverse unbeatable team and successful company - worldwide.WHAT YOULL DOLead the installation configuration and integration of QAD ERP systems for automotive medical food processing clients etcCollaborate with operations teams to align ERP functionality with manufacturing processes including production planning inventory management and quality control.Support process optimization by leveraging QAD and Redzone capabilities to improve efficiency and data transparency.Provide technical guidance and training to end-users ensuring smooth adoption and system utilization.Act as a bridge between IT and business operations translating technical requirements into practical solutions.Facilitate document and manage business driven process identification through to vendor technical specs using third-party and proprietary process automation tools/softwareMaster Data Management & AdministrationOversee the setup validation and ongoing maintenance of master data elementsincluding material routings suppliers customers and resourcesto ensure data accuracy and integrity across the enterprise.Establish and enforce master data governance standards change-control processes and documentation to support consistent and compliant system usage.Conduct periodic data audits to identify inconsistencies duplicates and compliance issues and implement corrective actions.Support the administration of user roles permissions and security protocols within QAD to maintain system integrity and alignment with internal controls.Assist with system configuration updates environment refreshes and coordination of patches or upgrades in collaboration with IT teams.Quality Assurance & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and execute test plans including functional integration and user acceptance testing to validate system changes and new configurations.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to data configuration or workflow errors ensuring minimal operational disruption.Work with quality teams to integrate QAD capabilities with existing quality management processes (e.g. non-conformance corrective actions traceability).Document system processes data standards and testing procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance with audit requirements.Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy workflow efficiency and overall system reliability through structured QA methodologies.WHO YOU AREYou hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Industrial Engineering or a realated technical discipline or Business Administration or a realted field.
