Key Responsibilities: Lead clients through curated experiences ensuring comfort safety and enjoyment at every stage.Share insightful and engaging narratives about destinations culture history and local attractions.Coordinate logistics with local vendors guides and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.Adapt experiences on-the-fly to meet client needs preferences and unexpected changes.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the experience providing guidance recommendations and support.Collect feedback and share insights to continuously enhance future experiences.Uphold the companys brand values maintaining professionalism enthusiasm and attention to detail.
