Identifies discrepancies and takes appropriate action including issuing borrower refunds or processing write-offs as necessary to maintain compliance and financial integrity.Job ResponsibilitiesReconciles recording fees post-closing by verifying accuracy against recorded documentation and resolving any discrepancies.Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processesFollows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilitiesUses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretionUses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team membersIndividual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomyPerforms all other duties as assigned by managementEducationHigh school diploma required; Bachelors preferredExperienceTypically requires 0-2 years of related work experienceExperience with ExcelEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers including individuals with disabilities.
