Job Title:Escrow Relationship AssociateLocation:Remote - CA (Southern)What youll do:As the Escrow Services Relationship Associate you will be part of the Business Escrow Services team and provide day-to-day support for Relationship Managers and external client onboarding through document review transaction setup and launch. The Relationship Associate works closely with external clients and internal teammates to deliver accurate timely and outstanding service to our clients.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and contribute to the customer experience with all internal and external clientsOversee and manage deal setup and solicitation of transaction documents for paying agent services (example documents include Letters of Transmittal Accredited Investor Questionnaires 280 G Solicitations Stockholder Consent forms)Lead and provide guidance to Client and team with complex preclosing solicitations and closingsWork with and delegate tasks to other team membersIdentify deficiencies and coordinate with the Relationship Manager and/or clients to cure Perform detailed data analysis using Excel including advanced functions pivot tables and data visualization toolsAbility to review executed escrow and paying agent agreements and effectively communicate action items for Post-Closing ReleasesIntroduce Liaison or Transaction Coordinator for questions and updates to registrationsAssist Client and work with internal team to successfully execute Post-Closing releasesWhat youll need: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration other relevant field from a four-year college or university required or relevant work experience in escrowFamiliarity with capitalization/equity ownership tablesProficient knowledge of escrow and paying agent agreementsStrong knowledge of DocuSign and related features and formsProficiency in Excel including formulas pivot tables VLOOKUP and data visualizationDemonstrate an understanding of financial markets and trendsStrong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiencesMust be detail oriented and adhere to time-sensitive tasksCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $92450.00 - $114200.00 for Colorado. Salary range for new hires is generally $92450.00 - $114200.00 for Southern California.
