Job Title: ESL InstructorLocation: Seguin TX (Local Candidates Only) Duration: 14 weeks 715 hours per week (renewable contract) Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:003:30 PM and 3:305:00 PMPosition OverviewThe ESL Instructor will teach English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses to team members in a facility setting. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional skills cross-cultural awareness and the ability to effectively support adult learners.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach ESL/ESP courses to adult learners.Develop instructional materials for assigned classes.Attend partner meetings faculty meetings and required trainings.Participate in recruitment events and end-of-term program activities.Maintain accurate grading attendance and student progress records.Required QualificationsStrong knowledge of ESL teaching strategies including grammar reading writing listening and speaking instruction.Native fluency and excellent command of spoken and written English.Preferred QualificationsBachelors degree in English Teaching Education Linguistics or a related field.TESOL certification.Minimum 3 years of ESL adult education teaching experience.Strong classroom management organizational skills and ability to provide clear and effective instruction.Proficiency in a second language.Experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) such as Business Computers Economics Engineering etc.Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse learners.Strong technology skills and experience integrating digital tools into teaching.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.For more details reach at / About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
