Estate Planning Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including Wills, Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills Advise clients on tailored estate planning strategies Prepare deeds, beneficiary designations, and supporting documentation to implement plans Estate Administration and Probate Manage estates and trusts from inception through final distribution Draft and review probate and trust administration documents Conduct legal research on estate and probate matters Prepare and review Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns Prepare and review Fiduciary Income Tax Returns What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in estate planning and administration Active Pennsylvania Attorney License Strong work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Positive attitude and a desire to grow within a dynamic legal environment Benefits Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Professional Development Assistance Requirements Ability to commute/relocate: Pittsburgh, PA 15237 License/Certification: PA Attorney's License We are an EOE.
