About the Position: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our Cookeville office. This full-time position focuses primarily on estate planning. We welcome recent law school graduates or attorneys with less than three years of practice experience who are eager to learn, grow, and serve clients with professionalism and compassion. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or sitting for the May 2026 Tennessee Bar Exam Strong work ethic and trustworthy character Team player with a willingness to learn and grow Excellent communication and organizational skills Bar Status & Compensation: Licensed Attorneys: Salary range of $55,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience Pending Bar Results: Hourly compensation until bar passage Employment contingent upon passing the May 2026 Tennessee Bar Exam (if not already licensed) Benefits: Employer-funded IRA with firm contributions Health insurance reimbursement and optional supplemental coverage Professional privilege tax covered by firm Paid continuing legal education (CLE) and professional development expenses Malpractice Coverage Travel: Some travel will be required to our Jamestown, TN office.
