We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a collaborative and client-focused law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families, delivering strategic estate planning solutions with care, precision, and professionalism.

Draft wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable), powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents.
Counsel clients on asset protection, wealth transfer, and tax considerations.

Maintain strong client relationships and communicate complex legal concepts in a clear, compassionate manner.
Collaborate with internal team members and outside professionals when appropriate.
Job Details
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Florida.
Prior experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate matters.
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset.
