DescriptionRobert Half Legal is partnering with a highly respected mid-size law firm in Downtown Seattle that is seeking to add a Tax/Estate Planning Attorney to its well‑established team.About the RoleThe firm is seeking an attorney with approximately 3+ years of experience and an LL.M. in Tax or equivalent tax-focused training (CPA or comparable background). You will work across a broad array of tax matters, with a particular emphasis on:Complex intergenerational company tax planningFederal income tax issues involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trustsTaxable and tax‑free mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of domestic businessesIn‑depth research and analysis related to sophisticated tax structuresThis attorney will also be responsible for drafting client correspondence, preparing internal memoranda, and designing complex company succession plans.
