Estimator at AGSI

OverviewAn established and nationally recognized concrete contractor is seeking anEstimatorto join their Bay Area team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile commercial infrastructure and mixed-use projects with one of the most respected self-performing concrete groups in the region. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs cost estimates and proposals for structural and architectural concrete scopes. Review drawings specifications and bid documents to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with preconstruction operations and field teams to ensure accuracy in scope and pricing. Build and maintain relationships with general contractors vendors and suppliers. Lead bid strategy discussions and participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks. Support the transition from estimating to project execution ensuring continuity between preconstruction and operations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred. 5-10 years of estimating experience within concrete or self-performing trades. Strong proficiency with estimating software (e.g. OST Bluebeam Excel). Ability to manage multiple bids with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and detail.
