This role offers a chance to work on a variety of projects that make a real impact in the community while being part of a company known for its strong reputation and family-oriented culture.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects including utilities, paving, grading, and site developmentReview project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and requirementsSolicit and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractorsCollaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with actual job requirementsAnalyze historical data, unit pricing, and production rates to improve estimating accuracyAssist with bid strategy, value engineering, and project handoff to operationsQualifications:3+ years of estimating and/or project management experience at a civil or sitework contractorStrong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost structures for utility, paving, and sitework projectsProficient in estimating software and ExcelExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneouslyThis is a great opportunity for an estimator who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team, values accuracy and collaboration, and wants to grow with a stable and respected contractor.Apply below or send resume to [email protected]
