Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages for K 12 and public works projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate scopes and pricing strategies Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive and complete proposals Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership during preconstruction to support budgeting, value engineering, and award transitions Qualifications Proven experience as an Estimator on commercial construction projects, with K 12 and public works exposure preferred Strong understanding of public bid requirements, prevailing wage, and government procurement processes Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software, along with strong Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a deadline driven environment Interested in hearing more?
