ETL Architect with Snowflake experience at PineQ Lab

Job Description: ETL Architect (with Snowflake Experience) Position Summary We are looking for an experienced ETL Architect with strong Snowflake experience to lead the design and development of scalable high-performance data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will architect robust ETL/ELT pipelines optimize Snowflake environments and ensure best-in-class data availability quality and governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Snowflake Architecture & Optimization Architect and maintain Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions. Define Snowflake data models (Star Snowflake Data Vault) and guide schema design. Optimize Snowflake performance including virtual warehouse configurations micro-partitioning clustering keys caching and query tuning. Leverage Snowflake advanced features such as Time Travel Streams Tasks Snowpipe Secure Data Sharing and Resource Monitors. ETL/ELT Design & Development Lead the design of scalable reusable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingestion transformation and processing of structured and semi-structured data. Implement data integration workflows using tools such as dbt Airflow Matillion Informatica Talend AWS Glue Fivetran or similar. Establish best practices for orchestration modularity logging monitoring and error handling. Ensure ETL workflows meet enterprise SLAs and performance expectations. Data Quality Governance & Security Define and implement data quality checks validation rules and automated testing frameworks. Ensure data governance security RBAC data masking and regulatory compliance within Snowflake. Maintain metadata management and contribute to enterprise data catalog initiatives. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with business stakeholders data engineers analysts and architects to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Create architectural documentation design standards and best practices.
