ETL Testing at Capgemini

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Data and ETL Testing to define and manage the testing strategy for a large-scale data migration project. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with organizational benchmarks across multiple environments.Key Responsibilities:Testing Strategy & Planning:Define and manage the overall testing strategy and plan for the migration project.Ensure alignment with organizational performance benchmarks and SLAs.Coordination & Oversight:Coordinate testing activities across all environments (Production and Non-Production) for NF and PC systems.Oversee system integration and end-to-end testing processes.Test Coverage & Validation:Validate test coverage for migrated Oracle tables, Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings.Track and report on test coverage metrics, highlighting gaps or risks to project leadership.Automation & Regression Testing:Develop automated regression test suites to ensure ongoing data integrity after each migration sprint.Execute functional regression and performance testing.Defect Management:Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.Report defects, track resolutions, and ensure adherence to quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in ETL Testing, Data Migration, and Informatica workflows.Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.Hands-on experience with test automation tools for regression testing.Excellent understanding of performance testing and SLAs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in large-scale data migration projects.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
