We’re seeking an Evening Facility Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our sports facility operations, ensuring a clean, operational, and safe environment, and an outstanding experience for our customers.RequirementsRequirementsManage daily facility operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentResponsible for cleaning and providing high standards of custodian care for the interior and exterior during operations and upon facility closingEnsure inventories are stocked and supplied Perform financial transactions with customersEnsure a safe and secure environment until facility closeCoordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and facility improvements as neededDevelop and implement a coordinated organizational work schedule for staff that aligns with business objectives and priorities.Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and streamline processesMonitor budgeting and expense tracking for facility-related costsWork closely with the Adult League Manager and other team members to support event and league logisticsAddress facility-related inquiries and resolve operational issues promptlyWork evening shifts until facility close and lock up
