We have immediate openings and multiple positions to fill. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time work. You will be working Monday-Friday, after 5:00 pm with shifts that range from 3 - 4 hours. These positions pay $13.00/hour.We promote from within, so if youre interested in working with us please review the responsibilities and requirements to see if this job would be a fit for you as much as it would us.RESPONSIBILITIESCleaning of offices and common areas including, but not limited to, hallways, common areas, and public bathrooms.Cleaning duties include but are not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc.Communicating with team members proactively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed.Following all health and safety regulations provided.REQUIREMENTSMust be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.Own or have access to reliable transportation.Speak and understand EnglishOwn a cell phone (preferably a smartphone) that allows you to be contacted reliably, clock in/clock out, and receive daily assignments.Comfortably lift 40 lbs without risk of injury.Be available for 20+ hours/week.To be successful in this position, you must be:A self-starter who is comfortable with accountabilityA hard worker with an eye for detailComfortable working independently or on a teamComfortable working in a building while open to the publicPassionate about a job well doneA positive person who looks to add value to every situation
