Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Nova SupportsNova Supports is dedicated to providing exceptional behavior consultation and early intervention ABA services for individuals with autism, and their families. Our mission is to provide the BEST support for EVERY individual needing in-home ABA Therapy.Position OverviewCompensation: $20-$23/hour once certifiedSchedule: This is a part time role, with hours from 6pm-10pm Monday- Friday. There is possibility to grow into a full time role as more sessions become available. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adults with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analystUse ABA techniques promote skill acquisition and behavior reductionCollect and record data on client progressCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and team membersAttend regular training and supervision sessionsMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesWork in client homesPossible hygiene and toileting Possible physical intervention that follow SOAR guidelines for client safetyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframeReliable transportation to client homesAbility to pass a background checkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with individuals with autismBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($20-$23/hour once certified)Paid training (at a lower rate for non-certified applicants)Flexible daytime hoursOpportunities for professional development and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environment401K (After 6 months employment) How to ApplyIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adults with autism and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
