Evening Shift Cook/Dishwasher at Monroe Manor

Our staff is dedicated to much more than just providing the needed care; we also aim to provide companionship and quality of life. If your interested in cooking, and providing home cooked meals for the elderly, this job may be for you! Competitive pay, based on experience, $500 sign on bonus quarterly Performance based bonuses!Job duties as follow:Cooking of meals: Breakfast and DinnerDo all refrigerator tempsPut clean water mugs on cartPrepare and clean up after breakfastDo next day salads and desserts for dinner and supperPrepare and clean up after dinnerDo as much prep work for supper as possibleEmpty sanitizer at end of shiftTake out garbage at end of shiftWipe down appliances, drawer fronts and table topsBake something for snacks and activities as neededClean and sanitize carts dailyDon't leave dirt dishes for next shiftGet water mugs and snack cart ready for 9 AM and 2PMPull meat, etc. out of freezer and put in walk in for next 3 days menuMake sure supplies are available for next day and next shiftGet cleaning supplies for caregivers as neededHelp serve mealsAll prep that is needed for next days menuGet kitchen supplies for each dining room as neededAny extra cleaning that can be done6 hour PM shifts, 8 hour AM shifts, and 12-13 hour (AM into PM) kitchen shifts available with the option to fill other hours in housekeeping daily or in the evening if interested. Hours just in housekeeping available as well.Must be 18 years old to apply to kitchen.
