Evening Supervisor (IDDD experience a must) at Saratoga Bridges

Saratoga Bridges is looking for a seasoned ARM with OPW experience to work with our Residential Team. The person in the role will work to help new employees learn the skills of a DSP. They will also help our DSPs refine their skills. Were looking for someone believes in a value-based work environment. To be eligible you must have a year of supervisory experience working in the ID/DD/OPWDD field and 3 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability.In this role the Evening Supervisor will work with management teams to train new employees provide supervisory support when there are vacancies and help ensure quality services are provided. This includes visits to homes and providing coaching observations to the residential team. Review medical guidelines IPOPs Staff Actions Plans and Behavior Support Plans with staff as necessary.
