Summer 2026 Internship Overview:Aloha Tournaments a subsidiary of 3STEP Sports is seeking enthusiastic motivated and career-minded undergraduate students to join our team as Operations & Administration Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the sports event industry while supporting the execution of our national portfolio of youth lacrosse events. Our 2025 tournament season will consist of 10 different lacrosse events throughout the United States. Our events annually attract 25000 players and their families to participate in an unparalleled youth sports experience. For more information about our organization please visit and .Position Overview Interns will assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks that ensure smooth event planning and execution. Candidates should be organized energetic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Interns will be provided with formal hands-on training in the functional areas of sports administration event operations marketing and inventory management. This is a great internship for a Sports Management Events/Hospitality Business or Marketing majors. Interns will be eligible to receive college course credit.Compensation and Time Commitment:This is a 10.5-week part time paid and/or college credit internship available for qualified undergraduate students able to live in the Baltimore metro area for the Summer. Compensation will be $15/hour.Schedule: The target start date for the internship is May 12 2026 and will run through July 24 2026 although this can be adjusted based on your school schedule. Interns should be prepared to work weekends throughout the course of the internship. On weekdays interns will work between 15-20 hours per week and will be given days off throughout the summer typically after the weekend of an event.Course Credit: Students participating in the internship program will be eligible to receive course credit if approved by your school.Responsibilities:Interns will assist with all matters related to the planning promotion administration and execution of several tournaments throughout the Summer. Interns will be expected to take on more responsibilities as they gain more experience over the course of the internship. While individual duties may vary based on experience background and interests responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Key ResponsibilitiesSupport on-site event operations including field setup and branding scheduling support and customer service.Assist with pre-event planning waivers registration management and communication with teams.Help coordinate logistics such as warehouse inventory and packing lists and facility preparation.Provide general administrative support to the Aloha Tournaments staff.
