Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Starting at $16/hourEstablished, Michigan Based Catering Company is expanding and looking to add a dishwasher to the team.POSITION SUMMARY: You will be an integral part of the company providing memorable and positive events! If you love working in a team environment, organization, cleaning and are excited about the hospitality industry, this position is for you.This person wouldSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas.Set up or break down the dishwashing area. Wipe up spills.Assist with weekly and monthly cleaning projects as assignedLoad and unload trucks with maximum efficiency and timeliness.Assist with event logisticsUnderstand equipment knowledge and managementMaintain safety standardsProvide the highest level of hospitality during events (with internal or external teams).Job RequirementsValid Drivers License/Chauffeur's LicenseNo DWI/DUI in the past 5 years,Must have reliable transportationAble to work evenings and weekends when necessaryMust be able to lift 50 poundsPosition requires extended periods of standing timeAct with integrity, honesty and promote the culture of the company.Recognize or seek areas for all teams and company improvement and offer positive solutions for change.Operate within the company on a daily basis with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.Understand completely all procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.Benefits:Health Insurance *Eligibility RequirementsIRAVacation Time
