Job Description: The Fargo Experience Center Associate will be responsible for the coordination of Fargo plant tours, including attendee reservations, onsite registration, tour equipment preparation, guide scheduling and other activities that support customer engagement. In addition, this role will organize, manage and support onsite hospitality for tour groups, key account customers and onsite meetings/events. The Fargo Experience Center Associate will support activity associated with the Fargo Fan Shop/Company Store in the Fargo plant, as necessary. This includes, but not limited to, retail sales, inventory management, product selection, point-of-purchase displays and customer service. This role may support daily visitor management at the Fargo Experience Center entrance, as well.

Role will report to the Plant, Facilities & Experience Manager for Case IH North America Commercial Marketing. Roll Type: Part Time contingent labor (contractor) / average 15-20 hours per week, noting that hours may decrease/increase depending on scheduled tours/events/meetings that require support

Qualification/Experience: Minimum two years of retail, customer service, and/or hospitality experience Ability to organize and execute events Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, dealers, internal/external stakeholders, and leadership Ability to utilize SQUARE point-of-sale device and online account; use computer software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Background and/or experience in hospitality, event management, sales, marketing and/or customer relations Preferred: Knowledge of dealer distribution networks Knowledge of and operational skills for agricultural and construction equipment Ability to work offsite to support local events and/or activities, as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8 hours/day Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel 1-2 hours a day The ability to lift to 35 pounds Ability to endure the outdoor elements, as needed
