Job DescriptionThe Events Assistant will support the planning coordination and execution of corporate and client-focused events. This role involves working closely with the events team to ensure seamless logistics high-quality presentation and strong operational support. The ideal candidate is organized proactive adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional experiences at every event.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning scheduling and coordinating event logistics.Support setup breakdown and on-site event operations.Communicate with vendors venues and internal teams to ensure alignment.Maintain event materials supplies and documentation.Help prepare presentations agendas signage and event collateral.Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed accurately.Provide administrative and project support to the events team.Ensure all events meet Swift7 Consultants quality and branding standards.Qualifications : QualificationsStrong organizational time-management and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.Detail-oriented with a proactive solution-focused mindset.Basic knowledge of event coordination or administrative support is a plus.Ability to work some evenings or weekends based on event schedule.Additional Information : BenefitsCompetitive salary: $50000 $54000 per year.Career growth and internal advancement opportunities.Professional development support.Dynamic collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity to participate in high-impact corporate events.Full-time position.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Marketing,Catering,Organizational skills,Hospitality Experience,Management Experience,HubSpot,Event Planning,Events Management,Project Management,Event Marketing,Leadership Experience,negotiation Department / Functional Area: Marketing Experience: years Vacancy: 1
