Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and plate dishes for events according to event-specific menus and timelines.Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth execution of service.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in temporary or off-site kitchen setups.Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation throughout events.Support setup, breakdown, and transportation of food and supplies for off-site events.Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Adapt quickly to changing needs, event demands, and high-volume service environments.QualificationsPrevious experience in catering, banquets, or event-based cooking required.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and high-volume kitchen operations.Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during fast-paced events.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays often required.ServSafe certification preferred.BenefitsCompetitive hourly or event-based payFlexible, temporary schedulingEmployee meals when working on-siteOpportunity to showcase culinary talent at special events
