Wehave created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies andactive cultural patronsbringing the wine country experience to the middle of alarge city.Position Summary The Concert Coordinator isresponsible for artist hospitality and interactions between the venue and itsartists the day of a show on all needs and serves as a City Winery brandambassador throughout artist experience. Work with operational and artist managementday of show to meet all artist needs prior to their arrival; monitor all needsonce on site.Overview of ResponsibilitiesCreate a hospitable welcomingenvironment for all artistsPresent a clean & presentable greenroom stocking basic materials and conduct routine maintenance as needed priorto artist arrivalHandle artist details includingsettlements at the end of each show with accuracy discretion andconfidentiality. Ensure that all details are accurate and follow throughon payment night of showCoordinate artist merchandise set up andsettlementAssist with management of meet and greetsand/or VIP programs night of showHandle hospitality needs and artistrelationships prior to and during an artists stay; arrange any specialrequests in a timely manner before the artists arrivalFacilitate hospitality needs for anartist including handing out beverage or meal tickets and/or arranging servicepersonnel to take care of any F&B ordering needsMaintain a positive artist experience andexceed artist expectationsMaintain a well-groomed polishedappearance and navigate venue conditions including tight spaces dark roomand loud environmentOther duties tasks projects as perbusiness needMinimum QualificationsMinimum 1 year in the entertainmentindustry hospitality background preferredExcellent organizational communicationinterpersonal and planning skillsQuick problem-solving capabilities infast-paced settingsAbility to manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneouslyMust be self-reliant and able to meettight deadlinesExperience with event logistics andmanagementProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to perform physical requirementsof position including standing for extended periods of time kneelingstooping using stairs able to lift loads of up to 50 lbs.
