This position's starting wage is $15.50.Essential Functions: Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team membersAdheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and proceduresKnowledge of all promotions and eventsMen's & women's restrooms cleaned and maintainedEmpty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor, front lobby areas, and back of the houseAssociate Dinning Room maintainedFaces, sides, tops and bases of machines wiped cleanFloor clean of clutterVacuum where designatedEnsure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member's abilityAnswer radio calls and communicate professionallyAll other duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh school graduate or equivalentAbility to work well with team members and supervisory staffPrevious janitorial/housekeeping experience preferredPrevious supervisory training or experience is desiredMust be able to lead, direct and organize other peoplePhysical Requirements: Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of timeOccasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet highFrequently required to lift items up to 30 poundsOccasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbsFrequently required to reach overheadOccasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of timeEnvironmental Working Conditions:The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
