We provide:Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement ProgramsFamily-focused benefits Wellness incentivesOngoing mentorship development and leadership programs And moreWork Location: Atlanta GA DescriptionUnder limited supervision provides advanced administrative and executive support to C-Suite leaders.This position requires excellent judgment discretion and organizational skills to manage executive priorities coordinate complex schedules and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.The Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership supporting the success of organizational goals and initiatives.Executive SupportManage complex and dynamic calendars including scheduling meetings resolving conflicts and prioritizing appointmentsCoordinate travel arrangements including logistics itineraries and expense processingPrepare agendas materials presentations and follow-up documentation for executive meetingsAnticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsCommunication & LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact for executives screening inquiries and requests while ensuring timely and accurate responsesDraft edit and proofread correspondence presentations and reports on behalf of the executive(s)Represent the executive office with professionalism and discretion in interactions with senior leaders board members and external stakeholdersConfidentiality & Information ManagementHandle highly sensitive and confidential information related to personnel strategy and operations with discretionDevelop and maintain efficient filing systems records and workflows to ensure accuracy and accessibility of executive informationProject & Process SupportSupport special initiatives and projects by tracking deadlines coordinating deliverables and monitoring progressIdentify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and recommend improvements for efficiencyAssist in preparation and coordination of executive-level events meetings and organizational functionsLeadership & Office CoordinationProvide guidance and direction to other administrative staff supporting executive offices ensuring consistent practices and service deliveryCoordinate with other administrative professionals to align workflows across departments and executivesMay serve as a spokesperson or representative for departmental inquiries as appropriateAdditional Duties as AssignedTravel: Some travel between operating units may be requiredWork Type: On-Site EmployeeMinimum Required Qualifications:Education / Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related fieldOR Seven (7) years of office administration senior secretarial or related experience in lieu of a Bachelors DegreeIf Bachelors 3 years office administration senior secretarial or related experienceKnowledge skills and abilities (required):Experience with PC software applicationsAbility to type 60 wpmExceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesHigh level of discretion integrity and professionalismAbility to exercise independent judgment and make decisions within established guidelinesJOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
