To that end we recruit candidates from different backgrounds and foster a work environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from each other completely free of barriers.Your roleAs an Executive Assistant at Global Relay you will play a key role in supporting our commercial leadership team with a dual focus on the EVP of Americas Sales and the Head of Global Presales. This position is pivotal in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring that two of our most critical functions Sales and Presales operate with focus efficiency and impact.You will manage a variety of administrative scheduling logistical and operational tasks while serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Your work will directly contribute to business goals and strategy helping executives drive Global Relays continued growth.Your responsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportHandle essential day-to-day administrative tasks including organizing files managing invoices expenses and communicationsAct as a liaison between senior executives (including C-suite directors and VPs) and staff members ensuring effective flow of communication and requestsMaintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive informationScheduling & CoordinationManage complex calendars resolve conflicting priorities and optimize executives time managementCoordinate domestic and international travel logistics including flights accommodations and documentationOrganize and prepare agendas for meetings record minutes track action items and follow through on deliverablesOperational & Project SupportPartner closely with Finance Marketing Sales and other teams to ensure smooth operationsSupport preparation of executive-level presentations reports and documents that are professional compelling and aligned with company goalsConduct research analyze data and prepare summaries and insights to aid executive decision-makingAssist in planning and executing key events such as customer briefings sales kickoffs and marketing initiativesTake on project management responsibilities for specific initiatives across Sales and PresalesAbout youMinimum of 2 years proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience in B2B environment strongly preferred)Experience supporting senior management and C-suite executivesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is an assetStrong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailHighly organized with excellent time management able to manage multiple competing prioritiesProactive adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environmentComfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams and functionsStrong problem-solving skills critical thinking and professional demeanorCompensation:Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise skills education and professional background.The range below reflects the expected annual base salary which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy culture and values. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days which increase based on tenure.
