ABOUT NYC TOURISM CONVENTIONSNew York City Tourism Conventions is the official destination marketing organization (DMO) and convention and visitors bureau (CVB) for the five boroughs of New York City. Our mission is to maximize travel and tourism opportunities throughout the City build economic prosperity and spread the dynamic image of New York City around the world.POSITION SUMMARY:The CRM Coordinator serves as the internal point of contact for Simpleview (SV) the platform used to manage Membership at NYC Tourism Conventions. This role supports staff across all departments in using the CRM to manage relationships track engagement and demonstrate member value.Acting as an internal resource and problem-solver the CRM Coordinator combines day-to-day support with a focus on improving how teams capture share and use information across the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Event & Engagement ManagementCreate and manage events including familiarization tours media visits and site visits for all departments in Simpleview.Ensure accurate tracking categorization and reporting of member and partner activities.Strengthen the organizations ability to measure engagement and outcomes through reliable CRM data.Training & Knowledge SharingDevelop clear easy-to-follow training materials and reference guides.Lead onboarding and refresher sessions to build user confidence and consistency.Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve user adoption.Process Improvement & ReportingReview how teams use the CRM and recommend adjustments to streamline workflows.Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.Support staff in developing reports and dashboards that translate CRM data into actionable insights.User Support & CollaborationServe as the main contact for CRM-related questions and requests; log tickets with Simpleview related to these needsProvide practical solutions-oriented support to staff to ensure data is entered and maintained consistently.Promote shared use of the CRM to improve collaboration and visibility across departments.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.2-4 years of experience in CRM systems; Simpleview experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and support staff at all levels.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with membership-based organizations or tourism/hospitality industry.Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping.Proficiency in reporting tools.We offer a competitive benefits package including:Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office (Tues/Wed required 1 flex day); Fridays remote.Generous Time Off: PTO days and sick time.Holidays: up to 12 paid company holidays plus extended Winter Break.Floating Holiday: 1 per year front-loaded.Healthcare: Premium medical dental and vision plans plus HRA.Retirement & Development: Retirement savings plan and professional development opportunities.Perks: Cell phone credit to subsidize your plan and a monthly commuter allowance.Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.NYC Tourism Conventions is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
