With a portfolio of over 8 million patients 7500 providers 30 states and 400 healthcare facilities SCP Health is a leader in clinical practice management spanning the entire continuum of care including emergency medicine hospital medicine wellness telemedicine intensive care and ambulatory care.Why you will love working here:- Strong track record of providing excellent work/life balance.- Comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.- Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture of belonging and empowerment through our core values - collaboration courage agility and respect.Responsibilities:Screen and direct all calls coming into the officeCoordinate medical leadership schedule of appointments meetings etc.Transcription general correspondence as neededOrganize and assist in coordinating socials meetings conference calls and other special eventsResponsible for completing daily volume reports and trends as needed necessary by on-site Medical Director(s)Place reminder calls to physicians and key players at the hospitals for monthly and quarterly meetings and conference callsCoordinate and record all clinician CME and other required documents by the company and/or the facilityRecord minutes for meetings and conference callsEstablish and maintain files both hard copy and electronicallyScreen re-direct and assist callers patient complaints physicians with questions physician payroll errors hospitals requesting informationAssist Regional Clinical Performance Advisors with various mail outs phone calls etc. for the facilityPerforms general duties such as typing operating office machines ordering supplies and materials etc.Update facility contacts and account/hospital team in SalesforceCreate and maintain graphs and spreadsheets as needed to analyze and report data.Prepare reports/letter in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.Assists with any special projects and other duties that arise.Run reports and data from the EMR.Any other duties deemed necessary by management.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Exceptional organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all levelsExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).Exceptional attention to detail.EDUCATION:High School Diploma required.WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:4 years of applicable administrative experience preferably in medical practice hospital or other clinical environment.CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:None RequiredLOCATION:Mount Sinai Medical Center - Miami Beach FLRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Time Management,Microsoft Office,Organizational skills,Microsoft Outlook,Microsoft Word,Personal Assistant Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Calendar Management,Microsoft Excel,Administrative Experience,Microsoft Outlook Calendar,Google Suite Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
