You will be a partner on a very dynamic team of passionate professionals.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of T. Edward Wines & Spirits. This role is pivotal in enabling the CGO to focus on strategic growth initiatives, supplier relations, brand development, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a master at prioritization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Executive SupportALLManage daily schedule, prioritize and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel (domestic and international)Audit weekly calendar, block time for deep work, travel, etc.Prepare daily briefing docsMonitor and triage high-volume email inbox; draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the CGOServe as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring clear communication between the CGO and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and follow-ups; track progress on action itemsHandle expense reports, receipts, and budget tracking with FinanceCreate Executive travel itineraries and scheduling, book hotels/flights etc.Strategic & Project SupportAssist with preparation and editing of presentations, strategic documents, proposals, and reportsSupport coordination and execution of key initiatives across departments working in collaboration with the Marketing Department Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to help move projects forward and ensure alignment with CGO prioritiesMaintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and internal communications toolsAttend core meetings and take notes, provide recap/summaryRelationship ManagementHelp manage and maintain key supplier, distributor, and client relationships, including scheduling, correspondence, and event supportAssist in preparing personalized communications and recognition for supplier/partner milestonesCreate and maintain a direct line of contact with counterparts at client groupsBuild relationships and direct line of contact with sample submission editors at the major trade publications Represent company at trade tastings and eventsConfidential & Special ProjectsSupport HR- and personnel-related matters with discretionCoordinate CGO's internal leadership initiatives, wellness weeks, and special eventsPerform research and benchmarking as requested, often on tight timelinesPreferred Qualifications:Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management toolsAbility to anticipate needs and act with appropriate urgencyStrong emotional intelligence, discretion, and grace under pressureA passion for hospitality, wine, spirits, or luxury/lifestyle industries is a plusA background in communications, business, hospitality, or marketingJob category: General Administration and Other
