Job Description

Our client a rapidly growing AI startup is seeking an Executive Operations Manager (Executive Assistant) to support its founders and ensure the business operates with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized proactive detail-obsessed and energized by fast-paced high-accountability addition to executive support this person will help build foundational operational systems for office management onboarding events and vendor coordination opportunity to grow into broader People Operations or BizOps responsibilities. What Youll Do Serve as a strategic partner to the founders managing calendars inboxes scheduling prioritization and external communications.Oversee office operations including building out a new workspace coordinating vendors and managing budgets.Plan and manage meetings travel off-sites and internal/external events.Track deliverables deadlines and cross-functional initiatives to ensure execution and follow-through.Support onboarding internal communications and company culture-building initiatives.Take on additional operations HR or administrative projects with a no task too small mindset.
