JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to oversee the operations of an assisted living community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care management, with expertise in health care, assisted living or hospitality. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

  • Oversee daily operations including resident care, staff supervision, and administrative functions to promote a safe, welcoming environment.

  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.

  • Manage budgets effectively, including financial planning, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure operational sustainability.

  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and competent team dedicated to resident well-being.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nurses and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care services for residents.

  • Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by trained staff.

  • Experience in assisted living or senior care.
