JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to oversee the operations of an assisted living community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in senior care management, with expertise in health care, assisted living or hospitality. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Oversee daily operations including resident care, staff supervision, and administrative functions to promote a safe, welcoming environment.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
Manage budgets effectively, including financial planning, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure operational sustainability.
Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and competent team dedicated to resident well-being.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nurses and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care services for residents.
Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by trained staff.
Skills
Experience in assisted living or senior care.
Proven supervisory skills with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams effectively.
