Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Executive Director at Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care in Baton Rouge, LA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of operations of our community, ensuring the highest level of care and services for our residents, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the community, aligning with our organization's values

• Implement the community's policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality care and services are delivered to residents

• Oversee daily operations, including resident services, administartion, human resources, and finance, with a strong focus on payroll and scheduling

• Foster positive relationships with employees, residents, families, vendors and visitors promoting a culture of transparency and communication

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement organizational goals and objectives

• Manage budgets, ensuring fiscally responsible decisions that support the community's growth and success

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living or healthcare leadership, with a focus on operations management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

• Experience with financial management

• Licensed or certified in a related field (e.g., assisted living, nursing home, or hospice) or Bachelors Degree
