Summit has multiple global Phase 3 clinical studies including:Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI.HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.Colorectal Cancer (CRC)HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy.Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than Chinas National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami Florida and has additional offices in California New Jersey the UK and Ireland.Overview of Role:As a key member of the Market Access leadership team the Executive Director US Pricing & Contracting Strategy will lead the development and execution of pricing and contracting strategies to ensure optimal market access and reimbursement. This role demands a strategic leader with profound expertise in the US pricing and reimbursement landscape across all US customer channels understanding the interconnectivity among various stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of pricing and contracting including price reporting systems government price reporting and contract development.Role and Responsibilities:Develop and manage robust price reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting of pricing dataOversee government price reporting processes ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelinesManage relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of pricing and contracting servicesAverage Sales Price (ASP) management ensuring accurate calculation and reporting to support reimbursement strategiesDevelop and implement contract modeling strategies to optimize pricing and contracting terms enhancing market access and profitabilityManage contract operations including rebates and chargebacks to ensure efficient and compliant processingLead and facilitate the pricing committee ensuring alignment on pricing strategies and decisions across the organizationEnsure compliance with state pricing transparency requirements maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing informationDevelop and maintain a comprehensive archive of price decisions to support strategic planning and compliancePerform all other duties as assignedAll other duties as assignedExperience Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 15 years of experience in pricing and contracting strategy within the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on oncology and HCP-administered products; experience/knowledge of ex-US markets pricing is a plus.Proven track record of successful management of price reporting systems and government price reportingStrong understanding of contract operations including rebates and chargebacksExcellent strategic thinking negotiation and relationship management skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completionExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel to support business priorities as neededThis role is ideal for a strategic leader who can navigate the complexities of pricing and contracting in the pharmaceutical industry ensuring compliance and optimizing market access and profitability The pay range for this role is $260000-$280000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
