Executive Fleet Quality Control InspectorCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Defense & Security (BDS) has exciting opportunities for VC-25A Quality Inspectors to join our Quality team specializing with Executive Fleet aircrafts located in San Antonio Texas!This position will support Quality inspection processes with successful candidates having current or previous A&P license experience working in electrical avionics and/or performing interior work on VIP aircraft. This position supports production of multiple shifts therefore employees must be willing to work any shift assigned based on business conditions.Position Responsibilities:Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring.Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items.Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
