Description (Describe job and perks using a dash as bullet points) _ Household Operations Ensuring cleanliness standards are met across all rooms and specialty areas Overseeing laundry services, wardrobe care, and seasonal storage Managing household errands and logistics for travel Dinnner preparation Care of dogs, walking, washing, etc Property Maintenance Scheduling and supervising repairs, inspections, and renovations Coordinating with contractors, landscapers, pool technicians, and others Monitoring systems: HVAC, security, electrical, mechanical, plumbing Maintain tech including TVs, security Budgeting & Administration Managing the household budget Creating and maintaining household manuals and SOPs Tracking expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts Maintaining inventories (wine, art, pantry, linens, etc.) Special Event Coordination - Planning and executing events (dinners, parties, gatherings) - Scheduling, invitations, table settings, decorations and flowers Security & Protocol - Working with security teams or technology systems - Ensuring safety procedures and emergency plans are in place - Handling confidential information discreetly Requirements -Extremely organized, meticulous and focused on cleanliness and orderliness -5 to 10 years household management experience - Available a minimum 40 hours a week and flexible to assist with after-hours events -Animal lover -Non-smoker -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Reliable transportation, insurance and clean DMV report To Apply Send your resume in MS Word format to Kathy Bray [email protected] or call (559) 222.5284 if you have any questions.
