Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe General Manager leads the daily operations of The Real House Cleaners of Texas, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and every team member is supported, equipped, and aligned with the company's high standards. The role supports the owner by overseeing scheduling, communication, quality control, teaching, and staff management while upholding our core values: integrity, reliability, and excellence.Compensation:$22 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goalsDirect day-to-day business functions and team operationsSet clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standardsMonitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvementOversees daily cleaningsOversee daily schedules, route planning, and job assessmentsEnsure teams arrive on time, prepared, and fully informed of each service.Monitor workflow to prevent scheduling conflicts and maximize efficiency.Supervise cleaning staff with a positive, supportive leadership styleTrain new employees on company standards, cleaning procedures, and customer service etiquetteConduct regular performance check-ins and address issues professionally and promptlyHandle client feedback with professionalism and offer solutions quicklyMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism across all job sites.Respond to client calls, messages, and service requests promptlyProvide quotes, explain services, and assist with onboarding new clientsBuild strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Track employee hours, mileage, and suppliesMonitor supply levels and coordinate restocking as neededQualifications:Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operationsThe ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environmentStrong business acumen and understanding of financial principlesHas experience managing teams and overseeing business operationsIs a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarityExperience in commercial and residential cleaningExperience in management, leadership, or supervising teams (cleaning experience is a must)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems quicklyReliable, organized, and able to maintain a calm, professional demeanorValid driver's license and reliable transportationTrustworthy and dependableDetail-orientedPositive leader who motivates othersStrong work ethic and integrityEnjoys working with clients and helping peopleAbout CompanyThe vision of The Real House Cleaners of Texas is to become the most trusted, Christ-centered cleaning company in Texas.
