Executive Recruiting Researcher
The Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) helps find, engage and hire the next generation of leadership talent across Google. The team's work is focused on the critical leadership roles that will be responsible for the future of the company. As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will focus on identifying and cultivating leadership talent to help build, deliver, and drive Google's technologies and services. You will own the talent market for a particular business or function within Google, utilizing various tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage talent, develop long-lasting relationships, and match candidates with aligned leadership opportunities.
In this role, you will solve problems, manage projects and processes, and deliver outcomes. You will have the opportunity to learn, discover, solve business challenges, and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various non-technical and technical functions.
- Provide effective project management, managing searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
- Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain and market insights, identify trends, and advise executives on talent for their critical business needs.
- Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
