Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations, and we're currently seeking passionate individuals to join our management team.Position Overview:As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll serve as a key leader within our culinary team, partnering closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across service, while supporting and developing the back-of-house team. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and culinary skills, as well as the ability to foster collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities:Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure all culinary standards, recipes, and restaurant guidelines are followed.Supervise and support Sous Chefs and line staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.Maintain strict quality control to uphold food presentation, freshness, and consistency across all dishes.Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to achieve food and labor targets.Assist the Executive Chef with administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll submissions, and invoice processing.Ensure proper station setup and readiness prior to each service.Uphold and enforce all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in compliance with health regulations.Serve as a key point of communication between the culinary team and front-of-house leadership.Support training, coaching, and development of kitchen staff to ensure growth and excellence within the team.Benefits:Opportunities for advancement.Amazing insurance benefits.Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.Employee discounts.PTO401(k)Positive and inclusive work culture that values teamwork and professional growth.If you're passionate about food and dedicated to delivering excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
