MRI Technologist (Naples) at Adecco

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our growing imaging team in Naples, FL. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a high-quality, patient-centered outpatient imaging environment while utilizing state-of-the-art MRI technology to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional care.As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining the standards of excellence that support our commitment to delivering outstanding diagnostic imaging services.Compensation: Up to $47/hourly plus $2 dollars more for shift differential. Shifts Available:2nd Shift: 12:00 PM 8:00 PMDay Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PMResponsibilities:Perform MRI scans according to established protocols and physician ordersEnsure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the examOperate and maintain MRI equipment while following all safety guidelinesScreen patients for contraindications and verify medical historyProduce high-quality images for radiologist interpretationCollaborate with radiologists, technologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient workflowMaintain accurate patient records and documentationTroubleshoot equipment issues and report service needs as requiredAdhere to all compliance, regulatory, and imaging quality standardsQualifications:ARRT (MR) certification or ARRT RT(R) with MRI registry eligibilityCurrent Florida state licensure (if applicable)Prior MRI experience preferred, but new MRI-certified technologists are encouraged to applyStrong patient care, communication, and safety awarenessAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamComfort working in either a 12P8P shift or 8A4:30P shiftBenefits:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) with employer contributionsContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentStable full-time schedule
