Description The Sales Coach, Experience Center provides one on one sales coaching support for XC leaders and representatives to drive individual and team performance, meet enterprise goals, and to provide members with the appropriate products for their individual needs.Primary Responsibilities:Implement coaching action plans at the team and individual level that complement the XC's strategic priorities and expectationsCollaborate and calibrate with XC Sales Manager and other Sales Coaches to ensure consistent experience across the XC channelFollow up to ensure proper execution of the developed coaching plansReview and analyze all relevant sales metrics and KPIs and provide timely feedback to stakeholders (including representatives, trainers and leadership) to drive performanceDeliver training on incentive plans, sales strategies and behaviors that enhance the membership experienceShow-coach relationship building strategies and/or demonstrate effective relationship building skills "live"Reinforce the adoption and usage of sales strategy, business processes, systems and technology through observationPlan and implement sales contestsExperience and Education Requirement:Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum 5 years' successful experience in a fast paced retail or outbound sales environment; including a minimum of one year successfully coaching representatives on sales productivityAbility to articulate complex concepts; able to write/speak clearly and professionally tailoring the message to various audiences, including leadership, technical teams, and member support teamsAbility to use data and analytic information to gain insights and drive strategic directionAbility to assess individual and team skill and performance gaps to create actions plans that improve overall performanceAbility to influence others to move toward a common vision and goalAbility to successfully drive change management in a dynamic and complex operating environmentBroad knowledge of credit union operations including functions, products, services and regulations is preferredFamiliarity with reporting and analysis tools (such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Satmetrix)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteCertification/License: N/ATarget Compensation for Hillsboro, OR:$83,000 - $92,000 plus monthly incentiveBenefits options include:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodAccrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment11 paid federal holidaysSpecial employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)What makes First Tech different?
